Nominations Open for 2009/2010 Ad2OKC Board

Ad2OKC is now accepting nominations for the 2009/2010 Ad2OKC Board of Directors.

In order to appear on the ballot for the 2009/2010 Board of Directors, nominees must be current Ad2OKC members in good standing with the club.

The Ad2OKC nominating committee has already nominated the following members to appear on the ballot for the 2009/2010 Board of Directors:

Tanner Tate - President
Will Fathree - President-Elect
Micah Johnson - Secretary
Kate Brown - Treasurer
Jeremy Daggs - General Board Member
Craig Teel - General Board Member
Jill Brown - General Board Member
Matt Kemp - General Board Member
Eileen Everett - General Board Member
Megan Traynor - General Board Member

Natalie Geis-Powers will move into the non-electoral position of Chairman of the Board.

You may send your nominations for the 2009/2010 Ad2OKC Board of Directors to info@ad2okc.com until 5pm, Saturday, March 15.

In your email, please include the position for which you are making your nomination - i.e. President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer or General Board Member - and a short bio.

Final nominees will be listed in Member Smack section of the March Adness Social Reminder email to be sent out on Tuesday, March 17.

Ballot voting for the 2009/2010 Ad2OKC Board of Directors will take place on Thursday, March 19 at the March Adness social.

Absentee e-ballots will be sent out to the Ad2OKC membership on Friday, March 20 to members who were unable to attend the March Adness social on March 19.

Elected members will be announced at the 3rd 3rsday April Meeting on April 16. Elected members will assume their positions as the 2009/2010 Ad2OKC Board of Directors on May 1, 2009 and serve until April 30, 2010.
